How often will we meet?

Typically, clients meet 50 minutes once a week. However, the frequency of the sessions will depend on your goals and needs defined in the initial assessment.

Is telehealth offered or in-person services?

Ashley offers telehealth, as well as in-office and outside visits. Please reach out for more information.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions last 50-minutes, offering a dedicated space for clients to explore and address their concerns.

In addition to scheduled meetings, Ashley offers periodic 10-15 minute complimentary phone or text coaching sessions. These supplementary sessions reinforce the skills and strategies developed during therapy, providing continuous support and guidance.

What is the cost, and is insurance accepted?

The initial assessment (the first appointment) is 60 minutes for $250. During this session, you and Ashley will work together on a treatment plan, during which Ashley will provide specific recommendations.

Most sessions to follow the assessment (unless otherwise discussed) will be 50 minutes long for $220.

Insurance is not currently accepted; however, many health insurance companies offer reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy. Upon request, Ashley is happy to provide a receipt each sessions for insurance purposes. 

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge. The sooner you give me notice, the more likely I will be able to reschedule your appointment. If you request to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, I will do my best to reschedule you, but if it’s not possible, you will be charged the full session fee.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like phone calls, consultations, etc.
